Project supervision of hazardous waste sites with educated, experienced, and 40 hour HAZWOPER Site Safety Officials (SSO) and Health Safety Officers (HSO), Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH), And Certified Safety Professionals (CSP) Service Capabilities including both short term or long term clean-up operations of chemicals, radioactive materials, asbestos or lead.

Health and Safety Plans (HASP) for Hazardous Waste Clean-up, or General Construction where Hazardous Material (HazMat) can be encountered, has been part of our experience and capabilities since our founding in 1978. We are specialists in complex and sensitive activities that require detailed plans for protection of workers, adjoining properties, the surrounding community, and the regional ecosystem.

HAZWOPER and HazMat Services are an integral part of our Environmental Capabilities. (Also referred to as Phase III Environmental Remediation) including clean-up plans, remediation plans, preliminary site assessments, and site investigation reports.

The second step is a Phase II Environmental Site Sampling. This can include soils, groundwater, asbestos, lead, chemicals, underground storage tanks (UST’s), and biological agents such as bird droppings, mold and bacteria. A site investigation report and a remedial investigation work plan are developed from phase II

The third step is a Phase III Site Remediation. This requires a Site Remediation Plan, a Health and Safety Plan (HASP), Site Safety Officer (SSO), and site sampling to insure the remediation is complete and all materials are confined to the site or removed and disposed of in a proper, legal and safe manner. Input from a health safety officer (HSO), Certified Industrial hygienist (CIH), and certified safety professionals (CSP) are generally required.

We also offer HAZWOPER Training including:

  • 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations
  • 24 Hour Emergency Response
  • 8 Hour HAZWOPER REfresher

This includes Site Safety Officers (SSO) and Health and Safety Officers (HSO) for Hazardous Waste (40 hr.Hazwoper/ OSHA 120) and HazMat Emergency Situations. Our experts have extensive knowledge of chemical hazards, testing methods, regulatory requirements, Health and Safety Plans (HASP), Toxicology, and the credentials and experience to present this information verbally as well as in writing (See our "Professional Staff" page for C.V.'s).
