Early in the year 2000, we constructed an Airborne Materials
Exposure Chamber. It's purpose is to determine airborne
emissions from any product or activity in which primary
particulate matter is released. It is a totally isolated
chamber with HEPA Filtration of both incoming and outgoing
air.
Because it is isolated, we can test very heavy dust levels
and toxic materials. It's dimension of 20 feet long by
15 feet wide by 8 feet high allows us to set up for quite
large activities. Employee exposure, product emissions,
work practice evaluations, ventilation, control equipment
evaluation, and personal protection equipment testing
are all within the capabilities of our system and supporting
staff.
The Chamber has interior lighting, and windows on three
sides for viewing and filming, as desired. Interior lighting,
filming, sampling and work practice methods can all be
controlled from outside the chamber.
If you have the need for:
- Worker Exposure Simulations
- Equipment Operation Testing
- Recreating Past Practices & Monitoring Them
- Work Practice Simulations
- Product Development
- Environmental Controls & Effectiveness
- Litigation & Expert Witness Related to Emissions
and Exposure
